Where is located the Port of San Francisco Cruise Terminal

Transportation between the airport and the port of San Francisco
San Francisco Airport (SFO) is located about 20 km from the cruise port.
The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes and cost between $70 and $90.
The yellow line of the BART rail transport system connects the airport to the port (Embarcadero station). The station is located at Garage G.

Coit Tower
This Art Deco style tower was inaugurated in 1933 in honor of the firefighters. An observation deck at its top allows you to have a panoramic view of the city and the San Francisco Bay.
Historical sites
Alcatraz
This island is located in San Francisco Bay. It was used as a military fortress before becoming a prison that over the years housed the most dangerous and wanted criminals in the United States. Now a national park, it is possible to visit the prison and walk on the island to observe the birds. To get there, you have to take a ferry at Pier 33.
SS Jeremiah O’Brien
World War II ship that can be visited at Pier 45.
USS Pampanito
A restored World War II submarine that sank six Japanese ships in the Pacific.
