Québec city, Canada

Québec city
Canada

Quebec cruise port is located in the center of Old Quebec. Quebec City is the capital of the province of Quebec and is located on the St. Lawrence River. Samuel de Champlain established a trading post there in 1608 to do business with the Amerindians. Following the Battle of the Plains of Abraham in 1759, the territory passed under British control after their victory over the French. The citadel and the fortifications of the city bear witness to this time.

Today, this city with European charm is bubbling with activities. Its historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
