Three docks are used for cruise ships. They’re all within walking distance of the city. The largest boats dock at the wharf near South Franklin Street. The smallest dock at Seadrome Dock or AJ Dock. When there are four boats at the port, your ship may be anchored and you will have to use the tender boats.
