Where is locate the Port of Dubrovnik

Your ship will dock at the port of Dubrovnik. It will take between 30 and 40 minutes on foot to reach the old town. Some ships offer free shuttles.

Travelling around the port of Dubrovnik

A bus service is also available and day passes are on sale. The journey takes between 10 and 15 minutes. Lines 1a and 1b go to Pile near the old town.
Taxis are available directly in front of the port. The price is fixed to get to the old town and if you are more than two passengers, it could be cheaper and faster.

The Old Town of Dubrovnik is surrounded with 1940 meters long defensive walls that include 5 fortresses and 16 towers. You can walk on the walls to get plunging views of the city and the sea.

Lovrjenac

The fort of Lovrjenac, perched on a rock, is the symbol of the freedom of Dubrovnik, it served to defend the city.

Big Onofrios Fountain

The largest of the 2 fountains built between 1938 and 1940 drew its water more than 12 km from the city.

This exterior baroque style staircase was the filming location for the “Walk of shame ” scene in the popular series Games of Thrones.
