In 1773, during protests against British taxes on tea, protesters stormed British ships and threw their cargo of tea into the water. The Freedom Trail is a walk in the city that allows you to better understand these historical events.

Boston is usually a port of embarkation or disembarkation. In order to discover the attractions of the city, it is interesting to stay there for a few days.

Where is located the Port of Boston Cruise Terminal

The Boston Cruise Terminal is located southeast of downtown. It is possible to reach the center in 30 minutes on foot. Near the port you will find restaurants and museums.

Transfer between Boston cruise terminal and Boston Logan Airport

Taxis and services from such as Uber and Lyft are a flexible and fast way to get between the airport and the port. The journey takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

By public transport, the bus lines SL1 and SL2 allow you to make the journey between the airport and the port in about 30 to 40 minutes.

You can also book a private transport in advance.

BOS

The public transportation system is well developed in Boston and includes buses, a subway and ferries. 1- or 7-day passes are offered and provide access to buses and the subway.

The SL2 Bus route allows you to get closer to the center of Boston from the cruise terminal.
