Princess Cruises announces a major update to its most popular packages, Princess Premier and Princess Plus, which will be offered for cruises starting in 2026. These new versions of the packages directly reflect travelers’ demands: more flexibility, more on-board benefits, and greater added value.

Among the most notable new features: the addition of credits for shore excursions in the Premium package and more meals in casual dining restaurants in the Plus package.

Less used items are being removed from the packages: premium desserts, juice bar, free Medallion delivery, aerobics classes, and Princess prize draws.

The pricing has been adjusted to reflect these enhancements (an increase of $5 per person per day for Plus and $10 per person per day for Premier and an additional $5 per person per day for Sphere class ships - Sun and Star) , but the savings remain substantial, ranging from 50% to 70% compared to the individual purchase of the included services.

Travelers who have already booked a cruise with a package for 2026 will retain the privileges of the old package or can upgrade their package with the new inclusions by paying the price difference. No changes apply for trips until December 31, 2025.
