After two weeks of drydocking in Palermo, Italy, the Majestic Princess returns to the sea with a series of new features. Ready to begin its 2025 season in the Mediterranean, this iconic Princess Cruises ship is adorned with reinvented spaces, emblematic locations inspired by other ships in the fleet, and refined touches that will delight cruise passengers looking for an escape.

New Flavours

On board, passengers will discover a selection of culinary and social experiences that have been carefully redesigned to appeal to all tastes. Among the most anticipated additions is the must-see O’Malley’s Irish Pub, where the warm atmosphere of an Irish pub meets a mouthwatering menu – generous burgers, crispy fish and chips and craft beers. Live music as a bonus.

As for the dolce vita, Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria takes the taste buds on a journey to Tuscany, with its homemade pasta and family recipes simmered like in Italy.

Cocktail lovers will be seduced by Good Spirits at Sea, an experiential bar where each drink tells a story – inspired by the TV series of the same name.

Notable new features

The transformation of the ship is not limited to gastronomy. Several spaces have changed their name, soul and sometimes even location. Here is a spotlight on some of the notable new features:

  • On deck 5, the former Vines Wine Bar gives way to O’Malley’s, while Harmony Restaurant becomes Sabatini’s. The bar in the Piazza gives way to Good Spirits, and the Calypso Cove boutique becomes an elegant space that combines EFFY jewellery and an old-fashioned Victorian-style confectionery.

  • On deck 6, the brand new Bellini’s Cocktail Bar pays homage to Italian elegance with a selection of fine wines and cocktails. Video game nostalgic fans will find what they are looking for at the Captain’s Arcade.

  • On deck 7, sushi lovers can now enjoy artisanal creations at the Ocean Terrace Sushi Bar, overlooking the Piazza. The EFFY jewellery store also extends there with an exclusive salon and personalized consultations.

  • Finally, on deck 16, street flavours are invited to the outdoors with Alfredo’s Slice, a Neapolitan pizza paradise, and The Salty Dog Café, a friendly grill serving burgers, hot dogs and tacos.
