Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has announced the replacement of its Free at Sea program with the More at Sea program. The new program has been enhanced and now includes more value for NCL clients.
New bookings for cruises departing after January 1, 2025 will include this new offer. Bookings made prior to the introduction of the program will retain the elements of the Free at Sea promotion.
The changes include:
Beverage package
- Removal of the $15 limit per drink, giving access to 45% more Premium brands and more than 100 cocktails. This represents 90% of what is offered on board. See the list of More at Sea beverage package inclusions
Specialty Restaurant
It’s now possible to order up to 3 appetizers and 3 desserts per meal
More meals at specialty restaurants are included for balcony and superior staterooms only depending on the duration of the cruise.
- 3 nights = 1 meal
- 4 to 6 nights = 2 meals
- 7 nights = 3 meals
- 8 to 11 nights = 4 meals
- 12 nights and more = 5 meals
For Studio, Interior and Sea View Cabins:
- 3 to 7 nights = 1 meal
- 8 to 11 nights = 2 meals
- 12 nights and more = 3 meals
WiFi
- Better internet connection thanks to the Starlink network
- Internet included for all cabin passengers and not just passengers 1 and 2
- 3 to 6 nights = 75 minutes per guest
- 7 to 11 nights = 150 minutes per guest
- 12 nights or more = 300 minutes per guest. (NCL made adjustments in January after pushback from it’s clients.)
There is no change for excursion credits ($50 per port per stateroom) and flight discount programs.
